I just watched a good crime movie with my wife. I’m not going to say the name to keep from spoiling it for you. Anyway it was about a group of thieves trying to pull of this great and complicated heist (I know original right). So the whole movie they are setting up and preparing and casing the place. You see all of these beautiful and expensive jewels and statues locked out in the open. But what the main characters are really after is locked away in the most impenetrable safe that the world has ever seen. So one has to wonder with all the priceless jewels upstairs what could possibly be in the super-safe downstairs right? As it turns out it was a wooden Faberge egg.The thieves had no idea what they were stealing, they were just thieves for hire. So when they deliver the package thief 2 asks to see whats in the package. He sees it and is furious. “I risked my life for wood!” The pricelessness of the package was not in the material but in the story behind why and how these eggs came to be made of wood instead of gold.
